Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) Program

Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) Program, located at Schenectady County DSS, began January 2017. CASAC’s work closely with DSS staff addressing the substance abuse treatment needs of adult singles.
