What We Do

Accountability, transparency, and fiscal responsibility remain central to Bethesda House as we respond to the evolving and complex needs of our community. Through our residential programs, Cara House, Hospitality Center and Day Program, street outreach, and medical respite services, we provide essential resources, housing, and individualized support to help individuals experiencing homelessness move toward greater stability and independence.

Throughout the year, we continued to strengthen our programs, improve operations, and focus resources where they can have the greatest impact. While our data demonstrate the scope of our work, our true impact is reflected in the lives of those we serve—each step toward safety, healing, housing, and a more hopeful future. That is hope in action.
